I am obsessed with Chinese food, and the food here is delicious. However, the staff are never very friendly. I usually come often and just ignore it, but today I went there at 10:30 which is when it said on their website they opened and was posted on their door. However, the door was locked at 10:31, and the workers inside looked at me but didn't move. I stood outside the door for 10 minutes until 10:40 when I gave up and left. It is horribly rude to make customers wait outside the door after you are supposed to be open. They just lost a frequent customer.
I come here often. And 70% of the time the food is fresh, hot, and flavorful. But lately when I've been coming in to eat, it's all been sitting out for awhile so it's hard and at room temperature. So it doesn't taste good and it wasn't fresh. So I'm probably not coming back for awhile until I really want it again

I like Panda Express in general especially their lo mein but it seems they have a different recipe for it at this location. The MOA location I think has the best noodles. Anyway, because I haven't had it in a long time I thought I'll stop in for some lo mein on Thursday 11/2/17 @ around 5pm. I got home and started eating the noodles until I found this hard piece of paper in my noodles. It looked like the paper seal you'll find in sauces (ketchup, salad dressing, soy sauce, etc). I was very disappointed and could not eat the rest. Please whoever was cooking that shift, let them know to always be careful. You don't want to lose customers because your staff cannot practice food safety procedures.
