Dante was very helpful in every aspect of the process. He is very knowledgable and easy to work with. Very patient as well. I highly suggest this location.
It was sad to hear that JuDee & Greta have moved on from this Avis location. Will be renting from Avis-Osseo in the next few months. I hope the new team maintains the same excellent level of customer service.
I just called to get information on a rental. I wasn't asking about price because I can see that online, but I was checking to see if they offered delivery and if they had cars available. Dante told me that a compact car would be $93 per day plus tax - oh but it has unlimited mileage - yeh, most do!!! The price on Avis website was $26.99 per day - quite a difference - and quite a rip off at more than 3x's the published rate! Buyer BEWARE! AVIS just lost my business thank you Dante!
Extremely friendly staff! They always take care of me and get me in my car quick. They don't mess around. If you travel much, they will definitely get to know you and you'll feel like you're getting to know them. The only reason they get 4 stats is due to the parking lot. It's out of their control, but it's a tiny/awkward lot. Sometimes it can be tricky finding a spot to park if you plan on leaving a vehicle behind. Outside of this minor inconvenience, the team at this Avis is phenomenal and that's exactly why I rent from them every time I hit the road for work.
I used to rent from here all the time when Judy was the owner. Absolutely fabulous. I rented a car last Thursday night at 6 to return Friday night. I was caught in a blizzard coming out of north Dakota so I called and explained I was running late and the new owner told me to put in the drop box. It ended up being 2 hours later than planned due to the blizzard. Anytime I ever rented from the previous owners they were always very accommodating. This owner - Dante - decided to charge me another $90 for an extra night. I will not do business here anymore and curious to see how long it will last for him doing business this way. You lost a customer
